Costume brawl wasn't designed properly, I rather the Chinese event instead of this.

If you don't like it...don't play it.
But all in all seriousness...I don't think an event game is SUPPOSED to be balanced/serious. It's all in good fun!

Yeah, costume brawl was bad for 2 reasons imo... first, the skills/balance is brutal. Way too many conditions going around with almost no condition removal. Second, it seems that it is lagging HARDCORE. I just did 7 or so runs, and had an average of 4 (out of 5) players loaded for the whole thing. One time it was only me and another for the first minute or so. Anyone else getting this or am I just unbelievably unlucky?

I'm a monk and I can honestly say that if you gave the monks real bars this wouldn't be fun at all.

Ahh just had like an 8 run streak, had a great team of 3 warriors, 1 ritualist, and 1 ranger split up and cap like a great AB team, then just camp the enemy's base and laugh at them
The skill bars should be more even, imo. Wtf is the monk bar?

This is a Halloween event! You're probably expected to die often and painfully.

I'm glad the monk build wasn't prot or healing, we don't need matches lasting for ever, if anything it should be improved into a better smite build.

The bars are decent enough and better than what most of the playerbase would have run if they were given a choice. With the preset bars it makes life easier for newer/casual players and makes it harder for experienced griefers to piss on everyone's fun.
I think they should have made the monk bar almost completely smite with limited healing/prot and a speed buff though.
Anyway, it's a welcomed change and hopefully will provide me with enough entertainment for a few hours. Bitch less, IMO.

I like the costume brawl is fun. Got a good run going with 2 wars, 2 eles and a para, till we got smashed by a similar team. Costume brawl is good fun, tho I prob won't play it on my monk

Tonics are also available in the goodie bags given during the brawl, i ended up with two of them =)
But it's a luck of the draw sort of thing.
